Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry positions in Detroit's manufacturing, tech, and healthcare sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their staffing needs
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to ensure optimal job-candidate matches
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement onboarding
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates and maintain accurate records
- Participate in local networking events to expand our talent pipeline
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly/monthly placement targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with Detroit's diverse communities
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- Knowledge of Michigan labor laws and compliance requirements
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs in previous roles
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field
