Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary and part-time roles across diverse industries
- Manage full candidate lifecycle from application to onboarding with precision
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand staffing needs
- Conduct thorough interviews and skill assessments to ensure optimal candidate-job matching
- Leverage digital platforms and networking to expand talent pipeline
- Maintain accurate documentation in applicant tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience in Texas market
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing and placement strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse populations
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
