Responsibilities
- Conduct Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Job Placement: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and successfully fill open positions.
- Market Expansion: Proactively source talent through networking, social media, and industry events in the Wichita area.
- Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their evolving workforce requirements.
- Admin & Reporting: Update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Local Knowledge: Strong network and understanding of the Wichita job market is a plus.
- Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
