Responsibilities
- Conduct phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for open positions.
- Sources candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Manage candidate relationships by maintaining a clean and up-to-date CRM database.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in market research to identify staffing trends and salary benchmarks in the Tucson area.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
