Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and screening of candidates via various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate data entry and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand staffing needs and provide market insights.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for temporary placements to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
