Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across IT, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in the Tampa Bay area
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding
- Exceed monthly KPIs for placements and revenue generation
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems and social recruiting platforms
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruitment workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Strong understanding of Tampa's labor market dynamics
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in recruitment software (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Professional Recruiter (CPC) certification preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
