- Execute full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior technical roles (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps)

- Conduct technical evaluations and behavioral interviews to assess candidate competency
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at 15+ enterprise clients
- Manage candidate pipelines through Bullhorn ATS with 98% data accuracy
- Drive recruitment metrics: 12+ placements/month, 85% offer acceptance rate
- Stay current with Philadelphia tech market trends and compensation benchmarks
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with enterprise clients
- Proven track record placing candidates in cloud/AI/DevOps roles
- Bullhorn ATS proficiency with advanced Boolean search techniques
- Deep understanding of Philadelphia's tech ecosystem and talent pools
- Exceptional negotiation skills with 95%+ offer closure rate
