Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries using cutting-edge recruitment tools
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from intake to placement for 15-20 active clients
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with hiring managers and HR departments
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier passive candidates
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable hiring insights to clients
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines in our ATS system with 95%+ data integrity
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven success placing candidates in tech, healthcare, or finance roles
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter techniques
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate complex offers
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
