Core Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, networking events, job boards) and conduct thorough phone screenings to assess fit.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with key clients to understand their evolving staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate face-to-face and video interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Placement Management: Guide candidates through the offer process, negotiate terms, and facilitate onboarding to ensure retention.
- Database Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Market Intelligence: Research industry trends in the DC metro area to provide valuable insights to the team regarding salary benchmarks and talent availability.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Self-Starter: A motivated individual who takes initiative and requires minimal supervision.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available for a minimum of 15-25 hours per week, including some evenings or weekends for networking events.
