Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing and reviewing resumes to extending offers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates within the Los Angeles market.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate and attend local job fairs and networking events to expand our talent network.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service (entry-level candidates with strong soft skills will be considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or ATS).
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation for local client visits and events.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Los Angeles job market and various industry sectors is a plus.
