As a Contract Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's engineering teams. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing skilled professionals in various technical disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume sourcing strategies to identify passive and active technical candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche job boards.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition creation to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop targeted search strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical talent in the Charlotte market.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of the Charlotte tech market and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet daily sourcing targets.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup are required.
