Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Conduct engaging phone and in-person interviews
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers
- Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS platform
- Facilitate interview scheduling and logistics
- Conduct market research to identify hiring trends
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the process
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting or sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven with excellent time management
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work some evenings/weekends as needed
