Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary and contract positions across diverse industries
- Conduct detailed interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and job seekers
- Manage candidate pipelines using applicant tracking systems and CRM tools
- Facilitate onboarding processes for placed candidates

Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting/staffing experience preferred

- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
