Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews to assess skills and cultural fit
- Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS platform
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Facilitate the onboarding process for placed candidates
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies
- Attend industry events to expand professional network
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruiting/staffing experience
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Dallas-based knowledge of local job market preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license for client visits
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field
