- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipelines through our ATS system, ensuring timely communication and follow-up
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and client placements
- Collaborate with recruiters to optimize candidate matching and placement success rates
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR coordination
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
