- Screen & Interview: Conduct professional initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and ease of access.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding candidate availability, interview scheduling, and feedback collection.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels and strategies to proactively source passive candidates that match specific job requisitions.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for temporary placements, ensuring all paperwork and orientation are completed efficiently.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends in Baltimore to provide valuable insights to the hiring managers regarding salary benchmarks and talent availability.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven background in recruitment, HR operations, or customer service (1-2 years preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Organization: Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Workday) and MS Office Suite is highly desirable.
