Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Manage job postings across multiple platforms and job boards
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data
- Support marketing initiatives for job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- 1+ years in recruitment, staffing, or customer service role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter)
- Positive attitude with passion for connecting people with opportunities
