- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

- Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools in central Ohio
- Assist with job posting optimization across digital platforms
- Support compliance documentation and reporting requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 0-2 years experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
