Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary and part-time positions across Atlanta
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Provide exceptional service to both candidates and client companies
- Source talent through job boards, referrals, and networking events
Qualifications
- 1+ years of staffing, recruiting, or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
