Responsibilities
- Screen and interview prospective candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage job orders by maintaining accurate candidate pipelines and databases.
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics for both clients and candidates.
- Prepare necessary employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
- Communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential recruitment sources.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or administrative support is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
