Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for part-time/temporary positions across tech, administrative, and creative sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with San Jose-based companies to understand staffing needs
- Match qualified candidates with roles using ATS platforms and personalized assessments
- Coordinate onboarding processes for temporary staff and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Manage candidate databases and optimize recruitment workflows for efficiency
- Provide exceptional client support and regular staffing performance reports
- Market staffing services through targeted outreach and networking events
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with multicultural sensitivity
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Associate degree in Business, HR, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Knowledge of California labor laws and staffing regulations
- Experience with social media recruitment (LinkedIn, Indeed) and job boards
