Responsibilities
- Screen and review resumes to identify top-tier talent for open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication, including follow-ups, interview preparation, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and timely information.
- Assist in onboarding processes and vendor relationship management.
- Conduct market research to identify staffing trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
