Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates to assess skills and cultural fit for open positions.
- Manage and update job postings on various recruitment platforms and internal databases.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
- Build a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and job seekers.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new temporary placements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
