Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary and contract positions across Mesa's key industries
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including interviews, background checks, and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate candidate placements and ensure seamless onboarding experiences
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with team to optimize staffing strategies and fill urgent positions
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- 1+ years of staffing, recruitment, or agency experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends for urgent placement needs
