Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through advanced recruitment channels including LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Conduct detailed candidate interviews and assessments to ensure perfect role alignment
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for high-demand tech and finance positions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and interview criteria
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate data and reporting
- Develop strategic partnerships with local universities and professional organizations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven success in candidate placement
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing strategies for tech/finance roles
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and recruitment analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Availability for 20-25 hours/week with flexibility for client meetings (evenings/weekends)
