Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct engaging interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier candidates and key client contacts
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) pipeline and update candidate statuses
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to align candidate profiles with client requirements
- Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed recommendation summaries
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies weekly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to evaluate technical and soft competencies
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment processes
- Proven ability to meet performance metrics in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
