Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Conducting initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of active and passive job seekers.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and requirements.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for temporary and permanent placements.
- Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales and recruitment targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business is a plus.
