Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and screening of candidates via various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals).
- Manage and update candidate pipelines within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) efficiently.
- Coordinate and conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build compelling job descriptions.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Build and maintain a robust network of passive candidates within the tech and finance sectors.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
