Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Job Posting Management: Create and optimize job postings on multiple platforms to ensure maximum visibility.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Salesforce).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources is a plus.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
