Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various job boards, social media (LinkedIn), and networking strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Relations: Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide market insights.
- Placement Management: Facilitate the interview process, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding logistics for temporary staff.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends to stay competitive in the Minneapolis staffing market.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
