Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to identify top talent aligned with client requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers seamlessly.
- Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data and status updates.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates through networking and proactive outreach.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Assist in organizing local recruitment events and job fairs to expand our talent pool.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing, or administrative support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is a plus.
