Responsibilities
- Proactive Sourcing: Conduct thorough research and sourcing to identify qualified candidates across various industries using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Screening & Interviewing: Screen applicants via phone and video, conduct behavioral interviews, and assess candidates against specific job requirements.
- Client Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their unique needs, provide market insights, and build long-term relationships.
- Job Posting Management: Create, optimize, and manage job postings on multiple platforms to maximize visibility and attract high-quality applicants.
- Onboarding Coordination: Facilitate the interview process, including scheduling, offer negotiations, and coordinating onboarding for temporary and direct-hire placements.
- Database Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance and ease of retrieval.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-service-oriented demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday is a plus.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility: Ability to work evenings and weekends as required to meet client deadlines and interview schedules.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is highly desirable.
