Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive market research to identify potential candidates and build a robust talent pipeline for various sectors.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand client requirements and define precise job specifications.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for part-time and contract roles, ensuring timely placement.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and update the candidate database regularly.
- Negotiate terms of employment and facilitate the onboarding process for successful placements.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources (Part-time candidates are welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting with minimal supervision.
- Background check clearance is required for this position.
