Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Conduct detailed phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Charlotte-based employers and hiring managers
- Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interview logistics
- Utilize our ATS system to track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Represent Apex Staffing Solutions at local career fairs and industry events
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment processes
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or Workday
- Strong knowledge of Charlotte's job market and key industries
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
