Responsibilities
- Screen and Interview Candidates: Evaluate resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify top-tier talent for open positions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and company culture.
- Job Order Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and job order logs within our CRM system.
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide competitive offers to candidates.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have the resources they need to succeed from day one.
- Administrative Duties: Prepare offer letters, contracts, and necessary paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is highly preferred (1+ year preferred).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Salesforce).
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Flexibility: Ability to work part-time hours while maintaining a high level of professionalism and dedication.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
