Responsibilities
Source and screen qualified candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future job openings.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and provide consultative advice.Post job descriptions on internal and external platforms to maximize visibility.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service is preferred but not required.Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.Must be available to work a part-time schedule (e.g., 20-25 hours per week).
