Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates for technical and non-technical roles across Silicon Valley
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and client hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system
- Source passive candidates through professional networks and job boards
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Assist with onboarding processes for temporary and contract placements
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment coordination or staffing experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Valid California driver's license (client site visits required)
- Knowledge of San Jose's tech industry preferred
