Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule face-to-face interviews between clients and candidates.
- Manage candidate data and pipeline progression within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with the permanent placement team to fill open requisitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR administration.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
