Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the internal CRM database.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate them to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Perform data entry tasks and generate weekly reports for management review.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is highly desirable.
