Responsibilities
- Manage and organize daily correspondence, including email and internal communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements using calendar management software.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist in data entry tasks, maintaining accurate digital records and filing systems.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Coordinate office supplies and manage inventory levels to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Support the sales and marketing team with ad-hoc project execution as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and computer access for remote/hybrid flexibility.
