- Manage incoming inquiries via phone and email in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating databases and maintaining digital records.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and meeting materials.
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and mail sorting.
- Support the administrative team with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy office.
- Reliable transportation is recommended for this location.
