Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments across Dallas-based client sites
- Manage real-time scheduling adjustments for last-minute coverage needs
- Conduct quality assurance checks during night shift operations
- Resolve urgent staffing issues through proactive communication
- Maintain accurate records of shift logs and staffing metrics
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or scheduling experience
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Proficiency in staffing software (e.g., Bullhorn, SAP)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Must be available to work 11 PM - 7 AM shifts
