Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts using RF scanners
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and manage documentation
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization standards
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues with conveyor systems
- Collaborate with overnight team leads to optimize workflows
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience required
- OSHA Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience
- Reliable transportation for overnight shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
