Responsibilities
- Perform efficient order picking/packing operations in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow
- Process shipments using WMS systems and barcode scanners
- Complete daily shift reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with WMS familiarity preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pass background/drug screening per client requirements
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
