Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) safely and efficiently
- Coordinate with day shift team for seamless handover of critical tasks
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with OSHA standards
- Document all activities using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid PIT certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with inventory software
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday with weekend flexibility
- Basic math skills and ability to read shipping manifests
- Reliable transportation to industrial area near downtown Houston
