Responsibilities
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle checks in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport materials safely
- Load/unload trucks and organize products in designated zones
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with overnight team leads to meet production targets
- Complete electronic paperwork and digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance mindset
