Responsibilities
- Perform accurate order picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Prepare and maintain clean, organized workstations and storage areas
- Document warehouse activities using digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM shifts (40+ hours/week)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check
