Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory counts and perform cycle counts as assigned
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including OSHA compliance and equipment certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Document warehouse activities using digital tracking systems and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in inventory management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital inventory systems
