Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks: Safely handle freight and materials using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Pick and pack orders: Accurately process customer orders to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Inventory management: Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery.
- Safety compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Facility maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Qualifications
- Schedule availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Physical stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a proven track record of punctuality.
- Attention to detail: Meticulous approach to order accuracy and inventory tracking.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not always required.
- Equipment certification: Forklift certification is a plus.
