Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to daily schedules
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts using handheld scanners
- Maintain organized warehouse spaces and adhere to safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets
- Inspect and report damaged goods or equipment issues to supervisors
- Support warehouse cleaning and organization activities during shift changes
Qualifications
- Must be available to work every weekend (Saturday & Sunday) for 8-hour shifts
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
